Connor Earthmoving is a locally owned and operated family business.

We have been providing quality civil, commercial, industrial and rural
Earthmoving and Demolition services in the Central West of New South Wales
and surrounds since 2007.

Our clients range from local family-owned businesses, to internationally recognised engineering and construction firms as well as state and local government. Our clients trust Connor Earthmoving with their major projects, knowing that we deliver high-quality outputs, backed by exceptional support to ensure the job gets done with reliability and efficiency. Our Story

Connor Earthmoving Orange provides Earthmoving, Demolition and Asbestos Removal services throughout the city of Orange and surrounding shires. We have been servicing the region for over 13 years making us experts in our industry.

Since establishing Connor Earthmoving in 2007, our Director Ricki Connor has grown the business to include a team of dedicated and reliable employees who offer a range of skills and experience to meet the varied needs of our customers. With qualifications in Civil Construction, Demolition, Plant Operations, Conservation Earthworks, Friable and Non-Friable Asbestos Removal and a Builders Licence, our Management Team is well placed to provide technical advice where needed, and design and implement work plans that meet the needs of our clients. Our skilled operators and drivers complement the Management Team with their attention to detail and professional approach.

Ricki Connor

Managing Director

Ricki has over 20 years experience in the construction industry. He established Connor Earthmoving Orange as small business in 2007 and has expanded it to the distinguished company operated today. Ricki has extensive experience in Civil Construction, Earthworks, Plant Operations, Tendering, Demolition and Asbestos Removal.

Mark Smee

General Manager

Mark has all-encompassing experience in the construction industry, spanning over 20 years. He has extensive knowledge, skills and experience in Project Management, Legislation and Policy Implementation, Contract Administration and Risk Mitigation. He holds a current Builders Licence and is a Volunteer Officer of the NSW Rural Fire Service.

Lucy Connor

Office / IMS Manager

Lucy has operated within Connor Earthmoving since its commencement in 2007. She covers all aspects of the company including Office Management, IMS Management, WHSQ Management and Representative. She has a background in Education and has completed Leadership and Management Qualifications and the Women and Civil Program.

We hold both Class A (Friable) and Class B (Non-Friable) Asbestos Licence - Lic No. AD213495

and a Demolition Licence - Lic No. AD211797.

RMS R2 Pre-qualification

ISO Certified

Connor Earthmoving is committed to embedding quality at every level of the business through strong management systems. This commitment has enabled them to achieve ISO certification in the areas of Quality Management, Environmental Management and Occupational Health and Safety Management. Connor Earthmoving recognises that it is the responsibility of all its workers, contractors and management to the development and implementation of a Quality Assurance Program which satisfies both Australian and International requirements.
